Hi I log onto my account using Facebook is there a way to change it to username and password, if not how do I delete my account so I can make a new spotify account I've just cancelled premium due to changes to payment details but will be getting it again in a few days.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you transfer all your stuff to a non-Facebook Spotify account that uses a username and password to login:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Hi thank you for replying, I had tried to do that before writing on the community page. I can't do that because when it askes for your email it goes straight into Facebook and you have to put your email on your Facebook account for you to email them. The problem with that is my Facebook email is invalid and every other email belonging to myself and friends which I've tried is saying that the email I entered is already on another Facebook when they know it isn't.
