logging in issue

So I'm not able to log into my account. I keep getting an "error 3" notification. When I tried resetting my password and using my email, I kept getting an error notication saying something went wrong. I also get this: " Reset your password - Spotify

The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account."

I had canceled my premium subscription, but it is still active until June, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Can you try logging in using your username + password instead of your email address + password?

I already tried that, and it still didn't work.
