missing starred songs

i've lost all of my starred songs from before 2012.

is there any way you could help me?

Mitcht - I've just moved your post over here. It looks like you've created a new account. This new one is the one you've been accessing, so it appears empty. Not to worry, you're music is still there in your original account. Just log in with your username 'mitchtownsend' and your Spotify password. You'll be able to relink your account to Facebook when you're in.

My starred playlist on Spotify seems to have disappeared, and I really don't know why. It had some 2000 songs on it which I have been collecting for the past year or so, so obviously it's quite gutting to see them all go at once. Is there anyone who can offer any help or support at all?

I haven't lost all my songs but lots are definitely missing. I've played songs that I've starred in the past but aren't now. I've starred quite a lot but there's still loads missing.
