I would like to report a problem with my Spotify Premium. I use the app since the beginning of this year and unfortunately at the end of last month while I was listening songs a user managed to get into my account (giferraco) and changed my password so I can't use the account anymore. Since then I tried to contact the company here in Brazil to cancel my account, but didn’t work, nobody has helped me. Besides that, I had the Premium account, but I couldn't use it and I already paid 1 month without having used my account. This is the number that have appeared in the screen when I bought the premium service: 423************. I would like to use my account again as soon as possible, since I can't cancel my old account for not knowing the password (modified by the hacker's account).

Hello, I am sorry to hear this. I recommend that you immediately reset all of the passwords assosiated with all of the devices you are using. As an extra security precaution, make sure to scan your devices for malware. I hope that this information helps you. Joseph.
