my account

so i have been an active spotify user for about 3 years now and well i logged on my spotify yesterday and when i did that all my playlists were gone my account was completely different i didnt have anyone followed my account name was changed to loganfrank89 

my account was linked by my facebook which is clawdio1395@yahoo.com and anytime i try to log in with facebook it logs in as loganfrank 89 my account was clawdio1395 with 15 playlists 100+ song this is really irritating and honestly pissing me off i paid for my spotify now all my stuffs gone including my own account and i cant create a new account cause this account loganfrank 89 is connected to my darn email and theres no way for me to take it off and get mine back 

 

im not going to sit here and deal with it i want my stuff back ive paid for subscriptions i accumulated over 2000 song through all my playlists and i had a bunch of people/artists followed and well all thats gone now id really like my stuff back 

please deal with this issue

I think your account is duplicated (which happens too fast).

Could you get in touch with the Consumer team so they can check it out for you?

 

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.
