My Question or Issue

Hello! I am non binary person and i live in Russia. But i can’t change my gender to non binary. But in other regions i can. How can i change this?

Apparently, Russians can't be non-binary, didn't you know? That frustrated me too, and I even tried to set it in another region and change it back to Russia, but it just reset to female 🙃
