not get the payment

Im tryin to pay the account for family and it doesnt save me the payment y tell me problem with the bank and il tryin with almost 5 credits cards and still the problem

i have a similar problem, because i always have a premium suscription, but from one week ago that i cant have a premium account because spotify don't get payment from any Chilean Creditcard. 

If somebody have a solution please tell us
