paying for premium service but not receiving it

paying for premium service but not receiving it

subscribe to Spotify 3 months ago been playing my the monthly lost my cell phone or a new cell phone with the same phone number using the same user names same password on Spotify but I cannot receive the premium service I've been paying for it

Hi,

 

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are still successfully premium?
2) Try logging out/in and reinstalling Spotify.

3) I know you say you are, but make sure you're logging in with the right details (i.e. username or email depending which one you normally use).

 

If that doesn't work, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
