problem Signing up to 3month trial ?

It looks like you've taken trial before, ------- but you can still get premium.

click this but go to same area as before.

But have not signed up to premium before ever.

 what happens now?

Have you used that payment method to sign up for any of Spotify's services, even to pay for someone else's subscription? 

Could you also try getting the trial here, using a different browser or private window? 
Let me know how this goes!

In this case, we'd recommend making sure that your card meets all of these requirements so that your payment can be processed without any issues.

Could you try again using another device and a different internet connection?

If this doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you wait 24 hours before trying it again. 

Additionally, it's well worth trying to subscribe with a different payment method.
