hi I have a problem with my account ... I changed the email on Facebook but apparently on the site is not updated so I can not access my account

If your account was created through Facebook and you updated your email from your FB settings, it can take up to 48 hours to be reflected on your Spotify account.

However, you should not have a problem to access your account by using the Log in with Facebook option and the current details you use to access your FB profile. Can you restart your device and try to access again with the FB option?
