problem with my name

dear spotify,

i have a problem with my name.

i linked spotify with my old facebook account once, but disconnected it soon after.

after i disconnected it, my old facebook name was still showing on my mac and iphone. 

a few days ago i connected it to my new facebook account, and the new name is showing on my iphone, but not on my mac - it still shows the old one.

i deleted the app on both devices, reinstalled it, waited, waited and waited and nothing.

any help?

That's odd. It may take some time for the system to register the change. In the meanwhile, can you try a clean re-install ? You can also try log in out and back in to wake up your account.

If it still persists, send a DM or tweet @SpotifyCares so that a member of the staff can take a look backstage for you 🙂
