problems with vodafone partnership



I have activated a vodafone offer that includes 6 months of free spotify premium, but when  I go in my personal page to activate spotify offer there is only an offer for one months of free spotify. Vodafone help desk said to me that is a problem of Spotify and not a problem that they can solve. Please help me, they said that I have to ask to spotify help desk, saying that is your fault only.

Hi, thank you for your fast reply.


I have a spotify free account now, beacause when I activated the vodafone offer it immediately deactivated my premium account, because it was already linked with vodafone.
