"Address is not valid" after trying to enter my address

I got an email today titled "Change to your Spotify account" which asks me to put my address information. I attempted to do that here, but it said "address is not valid" after I entered my address. What should I do?

I'm trying to subscribe and am getting the same error message although my address is clearly correct. Thoughts?

I am trying to change my payment method but it won't let me update my address. I've tried multiple browsers, different variations of my address, and incognito mode, but nothing is working.

Just tried to subscribe yet again only this time instead of using 12-6... which did not work... I used 126... without the dash and it WORKED. **bleep**in' ridiculous isn't it. It's like they don't want our money lololol The struggle is over!!

I've been trying to get spotify premium and when I put in my address it say "enter a valid address".

I’m having the same problem. I’ve tried everything. I’ve checked Google maps at my address and everything is correct, I did what the people said and nothings working.

it is usually the street where people get it messed up, enter your house number then your full street name like so:

1234 Washington circle.

Welcome to the thread!

Just to be on the safe side, could you make sure to check out all the suggested steps in @AlejaR's post here? If it's still not working for you, it'd be very helpful if you could send us as many details as possible and what troubleshooting steps you've tried exactly, so we can investigate further. 

For example if you tried in an incognito-window or on a different device, if you're trying to start a Family/Duo plan or join one.
