"Cannot receive songs and private message

Hi,

Since a few weeks I can't receive any message and songs from my friend. Could you please let me know what is the problem? Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you able to send them private messages and they receive it successfully? It could be possible that user is blocking you or they're just not showing up on your client. Are you able to see the messages on the web player?

Yes I can and they receive it.

The users isn't blocking me. And I cannot see the messages on the web player... only on my Iphone...

@sabmey77 Besides the web player, what other clients are you not able to see messages on?
