It says I have already used the $0.99 offer or a free trial so I cannot get 3 months for $0.99. However, I have not already used that offer, and I am trying to use premium for the first time. Wondering if there is a glitch that can be fixed.

Yes, I have and it still says the same thing. I've never tried the free trial or premium before so I am confused as to why this message would appear.

If somebody used the same card you are trying to use now you won'ty be able to use the promotion, It happened to me, my sister got ut and when I wanted to do the same with the card our dad let us it wouldn't work and it was because of that, maybe you should try using another credit card
