It looks like there is an issue for some people redeeming their prepaid Spotify cards.

We're looking into this and hope to have it resolved soon.

In the mean time, please reply in one of the below threads if you want to let us know that you are also epxeriencing this issue.

I'm still having some issues, when I submit the redeem-form it hangs for a few seconds and my browser ( chrome ) displays the following error-code:

Have you tried using a different browser? If your on windows, Internet Explorer is always a safe bet to try!

I tried to redeem my spotify giftcard but it wouldnt work, at first i would give in my code which worked and after i had to choose a pack. Either unlimited, premium or 10 downloads. But when i choose one it says that it cannot redeem this giftcard at the moment. 

Can anyone help me pleas

Few suggestions:

1. Try a different browser if you have one.

2. Try again later or tomorrow, it could just be a temporary glitch that will correct itself!

If not, I would recommend you contact the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you directly. If you receive an automated reply telling you to come to the community, simply reply to that email with your message again and it will be sent to a member of staff 😉

Hi , That is not the one. I redeemed that number also , but also that time spotify did not accept the premium button, so i tried the an other option. That worked. I tried another card with other number for the premium options. Thats fails again and again

Hi Dptm - Are you trying to redeem a code for Premium? If so you won't be able to while that Unlimited subscription is active. 

If it's another Unlimited gift card, please write to us via the contact form. Be sure to include the code so we can take a closer look.
