"sign out from everywhere" function doesn't work

Hi,

Why when i click on "sign out  from everywhere" it doesn't log me out?

My spotify app on macbook still opens and i'm still logged in.

Please support me as I have my mobile stolen and I don't want my account to be compromised.

Change your password from your online profile:
https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/ (or on Facebook if you log in using Facebook)

Then click the log out button. Does that work?

its loging me out but she keeps getting back in, i changed my passorn, i know she dont have it but it let me log right back in on my phone too, without having to re enter a pasword

Have you definitely changed both your Spotify and Facebook passwords (since if the accounts are linked it could be authenticating using either method)?

If you have, I will escalate this for a member of the Spotify team to check out for you.

thanks for your replies. Seems that after few hours the functions is working. I tried twice and i found my account on macbook disconnected. Hope it happened also on the stolen phone...
