My Question or Issue

I mistakenly deleted one of the profiles linked to my account (Family Plan). I have resent a link to the person, but now her profile is empty, she has lost all her playlists. Is there any possibility to recover all her data from the deleted profile and load it to her new profile?

Hey there @pfcandina, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

When you remove a member from your Family plan, they should still have access to all of their content - they just won't have access to Premium unless they subscribe on their own or join another Family/Duo plan. Can you ask her to open the Web Player and see if her content is there? If it is, ask her to perform a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.
