I've redeemed a code of 3 months subscription and it worked, I've received the screen saying that the code was successfully aplied, I've even checked the account info and it said that the next payment would be 3 months from then.

Then, for my surpise I was charged on my paypal account, and when I was back to my account there's no sign of the redeemed operation. I don't have the card either because since it was implemented successfully I put it in the garbage.

Is there a way to see transactions or anything that can help me?

Can you please use this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details ?

The reason behind me asking is that users often create more than one account by accident and are logged into to the wrong one.

Thanks for the help.  I've managed to talk with customer support by twitter and they said that I had a Family account wich I've changed to the normal premium, but some some reason it didn't took efect immediatly, so when I redeemed the code the code was putted on hold since it won't work on a Family account.

All is solved now 😃
