reset account

I recently changed to a family account. Spotify keeps on making suggestions based on the listerning of my 10 and 15 year old daughters. Wayback to 2017. Why am I not able to reset my account and start on zero. It's my account. I'm paying for it and Spotify suggests to open a new account?! Ridiculous. Please enable a reset option.

Yes, in order to get new recommendations based on what you listen to, you can close your Spotify account  and then open a new one.

Also, there's an Idea about being able to completely reset your profile, I recommend you to check out the last update about it here. This idea is still open for votes and comments, I recommend you to share your feedback there.
