somebody spent my money?

I haven't an account premium but in my postepay card results 2 payments in 2 different days of 2 different months. I know what I'm paying spotify premium account and I can claim compensation?

This doesn't sound right. Please use the contact form so that a Spotify staff member can check this for you. Simply follow the right steps until you see a bright green "I still need help" button, press that, fill the form and send it. If you receive an automated email directing you back to the help pages, please make sure to reply to it, even though it's a no-reply.
