someone else is using my account

someone else is using my account



Someone is using my Spotify Premium, and I don't know who it is. There are songs that I've never heard of on my Recently Played, and someone tries to listen to music on a different device at the same time I'm listening to music. I've changed my password, and I've also removed all of my offline devices, but it's still happening. Please help!

hey! if you believe that someone else is in your account, i suggest that you also change your email address. i used to have the same problem where i couldn't play music on my devices because it said that someone else was using the account, but i reported it to Spotify and it was fixed.
