spotify ARTIST account/login, lost ?

i registered as an artist about 1,5 months ago and was  approved. i have 6 albums on spotify.

now today, it is completely impossible to log in.

facebook donr work, or my mail.

my artist name is SIDWAVE

have you deleted me from the spotiffy artist database ? i see 29000 login problems in this. youre not doing it right, you IT people are messing up 🙂

i just want to know, is my account vanished ?

There's no way to log into an artist page directly. 🙂 Can you let me know the exact error message that you're seeing when trying to log into your user account?

it dont remember me at all

when i ask for new password, i dont get any reset mail from you!
there is no message in spam box. i dotn get a reset password mail

just check the artist SIDWAVE, does you have mail of me ? no ? then i am gone

Don't worry, we're here to try and get things sorted.

Your artist profile is automatically created when you upload content to the service. There's no direct log in to your artist profile, but you can access it here via Spotify for Artists > Log in: https://artists.spotify.com/.

You'll need to log in with your Spotify user account's username, and password. Or, if your account's Facebook-created - the 'Log In With Facebook' button.

If you're trying to log in with your email address & password, can you try things once more with one of the above?

If you're just trying to log into your Spotify user account and you're not getting a password reset email, it sounds like your account's Facebook-created. In which case, it's your Facebook password you'll need to reset. More info on this can be found at: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/change-password/.

If you can't log in here https://artists.spotify.com/ .. with the 'Log in with Facebook' button, and resetting your Facebook password doesn't do the trick either, this sounds like one for our Artist Support team. They can look at this in more detail backstage.
