Hi, a couple of days ago I bought a spotify gift card to my friend. She hasn't received it yet but they already got my payment. What's wrong and what should I do?

Hi @sxndraa, welcome to the Community!

 

When you buy a gift card online, Spotify sends a receipt to the email entered during the purchase. On it you’ll see the gift card code as a link. Just send this link to the recipient, and they can use it to redeem the purchase.
