spotify premium has disappeared.

I'm on the $65 plan with spark of unlimited texts, unlimited calls, 4 gigs of data, and spotify premium. My Spotify premium has vanished. I don't know how to get it back. Could I please get some help, thanks.

Have you gone through the steps from the Spark TURN IT ON option from their website? http://www.spark.co.nz/spotify also you might try using this part of the Spark service to see if you can get the spotify premium link connected again through your mobile number? Or at least to see if you get any kind of error returns, so you can at least check on your availability for Spotify premium for your phone bundle through Spark's customer service: http://www.spark.co.nz/getspotify/
