Hi, I'm a student and when I first subscribed to spotify I got it for 4.99 a month. They are now taking out 9.99 a month from my account with no permission to do so... anyone help? thank you in advance

The student discount expires after 12 months. This is maybe the issue why your discount was removed.

Just check into the student discount again. And your discount will be applied on your next payment day. ^^

I was not made aware that this was the case and no one told me it would expire so now i've paid extra and not agreed to it... The agreement I made was to pay 4.99 not 9.99 and was not made away when or even that it was expiring...
