my Premium subscription was included in my plan with my previous mobile operator (Orange CH).

I switched mobile operator and would like to go back to Paypal to pay my Premium subscription.

In my profile page, it is mentioned that is not possible to change payment method ("Contact Orange").

Orange said they cannot help.

How do I do the change?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you


If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
