I am a loyal premium customer and have been for a year. I had a free account which I decided to upgrade to premium. Yesterday spotify decided to log me out of my account, I then tried to sign with my username and password. It logged me in fine but brought up my "free" account with all the songs I had on before I purchased premium. <br>I have hundreds of songs and playlists downloaded on my premium account it just seems to have dissapeared? I must have sent 20 emails to the spotify support and I get the automated email. I also received another email asking me if there was another email addresses I used to open another account, I don't remember using another email to open another account but it's possible. I explained this yesterday and haven't heard a thing, Ive sent a few reminders but no reply. It's so frustrating. I can't even cancel my premium account as I can't find the account! Can someone please advise if it's something I'm doing wrong, or do spotify treat all customers like this. Terrible experience so far

You need to keep exchanging emails with the support guys until the problem is resolved but it does sound like you have logged in with the wrong details.
