As with other online platforms where reporting tools are available, these automated systems are often less than perfect, so things like you described can happen. There are, unfortunately, technical limitations, that will hopefully be improved one day.

I, unfortunately, don't have any additional info to share about this. Make sure to keep an eye on the idea I linked in my initial post, though 🙂
