upgrading from unlimited to premium

Hi,

Is Spotify for kids only?

I just acquired a Gramofon streaming device, intended for use with Spotify among other services. It requires me to have a premium user account with Spotify, so I just clicked the link to upgrade. All went fine until I tried to accept and go through with the operation. I did NOT tick the box that said "I have permission from parent...", didn't think I needed anyone's approval (turned 65 last year)! But this message came onto the screen: "You have to accept the user agreement...".

Would someone please tell me, am I really too old to have fun listening to my old favourites via Spotify? I've enjoyed the service ever since it was in its infancy, appreciating it immensely from day one. My mum's going on 90, and doesn't have a clue...:-)

So, please get rid of that silly box to tick for logged-in users! You have a bunch of really smart programmers working for you to come up with such an excellent piece of software to begin with, I'm sure they can get this right, too.
