So, I live in Germany, my IP is German and is detected as Hamburg, my languages are German, my Spotify profile is selected to Germany...  

 

and still I can't log in because Spotify thinks i'm somewhere else. I have no problem changing my country to that, but I have no clue what it is. I can't even chage it, there is no other choice than Germany.

 

I even used Epress VPN to connect me to Frankfurt. Didn't help.

 

Any ideas?

Can you check to see if you are able to disable your VPN it for specific apps?

 

Just FYI, Spotify shouldn't be used with a VPN.

The problem was without a VPN even installed. I just thought it could help, but it didnt, so i dont use it.

Thanks, that helped. Since my password was [Moderator snip] I now need to change all my 32 passwords. At least I now know that I need to do that.
