3 devices problem

3 devices problem

Spotify keeps telling me that I have reached the maximum number of devices (3) and consequently deletes all of my downloaded songs, I don't have it on any other devices - help???

I have thanks, I checked a few days ago and it had the same device listed three times (my phone) so I removed two of them yet it's still coming up with the message whenever I download songs...

That's wierd. Maybe you can try re-installing the app?

I experienced the same problem too despite removing all the offline devices from my account. Please help ;-( 

 

Nope. I just have a non-family premium account. My phone (XiaoMi) used to
have this problem but now it seemed to transfer to my tablet 🤔

Hmmm........if removing all devices didn't do the trick, probably best to get in touch with them using the contact form. Good luck.
