A random playlist appeared using the same name as one my playlists

My Question or Issue

So I just opened up the Spotify app to download some songs and a random playlist listed as Ez's Hits (2) appeared in my playlists tab, it's filled with some songs I have downloaded and some random . The name Ez's Hits is one of my playlists but I have never made a second one and have no idea why this appeared. I'm not sure what this is and was wondering if by some means someone else is using my account even though I have never shared my details with anyone.
