ASUS Transformer T101 Shutting down

Hello,

I have a Premiumm account. A couple of months ago i Installed and play wihout any proiblem on my tablet and PC,

Last days when starting spotify on the tablet, and open spotify on My Music, inmediatelly shuts down.

I´m not able to do anything.  I uninstalled  and install several times.  I reset my tablet to factory defaults and install first Spotify without any other programm and the result is the same.

I clear cache anda delte all data and same result.

When I delte all, and need to login for the first time I can play music and browse, but if I change to my music and playlist, shuts down.

So, I connect through my PC and delete ALL my playlist. of my music.

Then, logging again on  my tablet, I can access my Music without any playlist.  As soon as I star to follow a playlist, on the next start, Spotify shuts down.

So, where is the problem.

Regards for any help.

Eduardo

Can you try clearing the cache and trying again? Also try without an SD Card in your device.

Other tips can be found in the below guide:

Thnaks,

I clear the cache several times.

Will try removing Sd card.

I write later with results.

Thanks

Regards

Same issue with my asus transformer tf101.

I put my tablet in factory reset and installed the spotify app. Even with a clear system and without an external sd card, it wont stop crashing, when trying to go to 'My Music'.

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.

I didn't know if I chose the right category. I can post the solution if I get one.
