Albums cannot be loaded under my library

My Question or Issue

Everything works under my library except when I try to tap "Albums" section, none of the saved albums can be display, instead it give me the "Green Circle" forever.

Tried every tricks I know of...like factory reset and fresh install of latest version of Spotify APP on this phone, but no avail.

My account work fine on Windows 10, iOS and OSX versions, so issue narrow down on this android phone.

This is a known issue and it seems to be under investigation by Spotify. You can track it here and also vote for it to catch more attentin to it. I hope this gets fixed soon!
