My Question or Issue

For a couple of weeks recently every time I've opened Spotify on my phone it  was showing the message: "Sorry, something went wrong, try again later". So I decided to reinstall it. But to a huge surprise when I opened the app after the reinstall the whole "My library" section was empty (Favourite music playlist, Artists, Albums). 
I don't have a different account, so the problem is not that.
To my knowledge, after reinstalling your downloaded playlists get deleted, but I didn't have any downloaded ones, just a Favourite music playlist and a couple of saved Artists and Albums.
Is there any way to get them back?
