My Question or Issue

I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

Hola, mi cuenta ha estado presentando problemas. Spotify salta todas las canciones sin dejarme reproducir nada. Intenté reinstalar, limpiar caché y cerrar sesión en todos los dispositivos, pero sigue igual.

Tengo esta cuenta desde 2022 y es muy importante para mí porque tengo todas mis playlists desde hace años.

En el pasado usé una versión APK modificada, pero la eliminé hace meses. Actualmente estoy usando la app oficial descargada de Play Store.

Por favor, necesito ayuda para recuperar el acceso normal a mi cuenta, de hecho pague un plan recientemente y quería volver a pagar el de este mes. Pero antes de pagar quería entrar a mis playlist y aparecen sin canciones.

My Question or Issue

I opened my spotify today to find that all my playlists, spotify created playlists, and artists albums are empty and unplayable. Artists pages also don't appear when I search for them. This problem only happens on the mobile app, and I can listen freely on the web version. It also seems to be an issue only with my account, because when I tried signing in on another account it worked fine. I reached out via email to ask for help, but they suddenly stopped responding. I have tried clearing app data and cache, reinstalling, checking for updates, all with no solution. Do I have to make an new account? I don't want to lose all my playlists and my minutes listened this year. Is my account suspended for some reason. What's going on with my account?

Yo, this happened to me too I got really worried once I saw all my playlists empty. I also tried another account it worked. Also I am on the free plan and when I went on the browser version my playlists were all there so I am also confused on either it my account or the app. Check if your web browser version of Spotify still works because that makes me believe that it's the app and hopefully not our accounts.

I tried to do a clean reinstall and I can choose only my country, not other, so the country thing is not an issie. Still the app dosen't work.

The web version works for me.we can only hope that the problem is fixed in the new update. If not, idk what to do to fix this problem cuz I'm not tryna use the web version forever

I've had one thing work for me and that's downloading a older version like 9.0.48.380 on a apk site

I used the app as usual, but in one of the mornings, my library disappeared, all playlists that are not mine became empty, and podcasts disappeared from my library, but if I try to open them via the Home screen, the app shows Something wrong happened. The country in the profile is the same as the one I'm in

try reinstalling the app

One of the first things I tried didn't work. I also contacted support and they told me to do the same thing and again didn't work.

my account hasn't been able to play anything and i've had to reinstall and install the app every week for the past month or so and it always leads back to this viewing of the home page like this with none of my played playlists appearing and my liked songs nowhere to be found. the app does work on other accounts as i tried that and i could listen to music. it seems like it's an account issue but there hasn't been anything i could find that could fix it

same thing here, see if you can switch accounts and play something on there. it worked for me as a temp fix while this gets patched

Hola, tengo el mismo problema, en mi caso tengo recientemente Plan Free, pero hasta anoche funcionaba perfectamente hasta que de repente, desaparecieron todas las canciones de todas las listas, tanto mías como las de Spotify, he hecho todos los pasos de borrar caché, datos, reinstalar, reiniciar dispositivos, y nada, solo puedo en mi PC, pero en mi móvil OPPO A60 5G y tablet Samsung, nada, salen todo como siempre, pero no hay vida alguna en ninguna parte.

I'm having the same issue ,but on the android app, on iPad seems to work fine. I've tried to do a clean reinstall but it didn't help 😕

My library and Spotify show empty and NO songs there 

I have tried to solve it by guide of Spotify YouTube channel but it's not solve 

 

I just deleted those playlists, I didn't have this problem again at least.

Same here, official app and beta, both faulty. None "official" solution here works. Web player works fine.

Can you try having a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? Make sure to download it from the official source for  your device (Google Play, App Store...).
