We'd first recommend heading over to your subscription page and check that your Premium subscription is still active on your Spotify account. If so, we'd suggest logging out and back in to your account to shake things up.
It'd be also a good idea performing a thorough reinstallation of the app following the steps provided in this Spotify Answer.
