My Question or Issue

A few days ago this music (Skin-Dijon) starts to crash always with 10 seconds, I tried to clean the cache and storage, I tried to uninstall and install again, but nothing works.

Thanks for reaching out.

Please follow these steps in the exact order as given here:

1. Click on Remove All Devices here.
2. Do a clean reinstall. Note: After reinstalling, you will have to download your music for offline listening again.
3. Restart device.
4. Log out and log in again.
