Never got it to work online over my new smartphone on Android 10.
Is there any solution, or the only way is to cancel my subscription and use another service?

Could you let us know what happens exactly when you try streaming? Sending us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end would come in handy.
On another note, we suggest keeping the app updated to its latest version to ensure optimal performance. It's well worth running a clean reinstall by following these steps to see if that helps.
