[Android][Connect] Spotify not consistently recognizing Roku 3 in Android app

In the past I would be able to listen to music by turning Spotify on my Roku 3 from another room through the app on my phone. I could also do this with other devices in my home. It was very convenient. With the most recent update the app seems to have difficulty recognizing the other devices in the house. I am sometimes able to get it to work by resetting one or both devices. This, however, removes the convenience of the feature.
