[Android] Not downloading using cellular

My Question or Issue

Recently I bought the smartphone I mentioned above and migrated my SIM card and all applications and settings to this new device. Now I'm having a problem trying to download playlists using cellular. When I configure a playlist to download, the message "Go to settings to download using cellular" appears.
I have tried to solve by applying all the tips that I found in the support site and this community forum, but nothing solved the problem until now. I believe the problem is not the internet connection, since streaming works normally and as the songs play, they become available offline. I also believe that neither the SIM card can be the problem because I use only one.
