Android: Offline device limit reached with one Andriod Device

Hello,

I have one Samsung Galaxy A3 with a 128GB SD card as my only device that is my offline device.

However if I check my offline devices it looks that I have 3 andriod devices. As it doesn't tell which Andriod Device it is, I am confused.

Is this still one and the same device, just added 3 times?

BTW: with every Spotify App update on Andriod I discovered I lost my Offline tracks.

Hence spotify shows the Playlists as NOT downloaded.
