[Android] Spotify plays random song while playing

Really frustrated with Spotify. While listening to my playlists on my android phone after a minute or two it will start randomly playing songs from the same album I have never listened to before. I have changed password uninstalled and reinstalled and it is still happening for about 2 months now. 
I would appreciate some help. Thank you

Just to make sure: This happens while a song from the playlist is still playing? Or only after the end of the playlist? Maybe disabling autoplay would help?
