Hello,
I read on 2012, 2014 old post that the Spotify application has issues with SD card storage. It seem that now it is working with Android 6.
My question is: Does in 2017 Spotify work with old android versions like 4.2 or 4.4 (of my childs) ?
Regards
Benoit
Hey @benoit31!
Welcome to the Spotify Community!
Currently, we support any device that runs Android OS version 4.0.3 or above, with at least 500 MB free space and the Android Spotify Music app.
In this case, can you let us know the device and Spoify version you're currently using? Also, could you give us more info about what exactly going on with the SD card?
We'll see what we can suggest.

- Galaxy Core 4G.
internal memories are poor and we plan to use the external SD card.
Have a good day.

The storage option ony appears if your device has a formatted SD card inserted.
