Blank screen eith only the white text.

Every time I start spotify it's starts with whit text like my playlist and so on.
Both I don't get the songs or can come trow.
It freaz and I need to restart.

I try:
Reinstalling
Clean the whole phone
logg in at a desktop and husbands phone.
Same problem so it's follow my account.
