Android app deleting downloads each time

Hi all,

Since a few days, my android app insists on deleting my downloads. I have checked my spotify account from the web and I have not offline devices.

I download a playlist or an album on my android app and when I stop to listening to music and start spotify a few hours later I haven't any song downloaded. Obviously, I'm spotify premium user.

I have Android 6.0.1 and spotify 8.4.4.810 armV7

I have the same problem but with my honor 8!!!

I found out that when your system gets power off Spotify should go to off line. But that does not work. So before my player went to power off I manually set Spotify to off line. This morning my downloads were there. So try, maybe this is a solution.

Hi all,

After contact with technical support, it appears like it's working again. It was a problem with the cache app. There the steps they told me to follow:

1. Restart the offline devices from these link: https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/

2. Reinstall Spotify app following these steps: http://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify

After that, You must synchronize your offline playlists again, but it looks like now the downloads keep on.

That's not working for me. On Sony device Spotify is a pre-installed App so I'm Not able to remove it.
After deactivating and resetting the App to factory setting the problem still occurs 😞
