Android app quits on incoming calls

Hi everyone.

Short facts 

Sony XZ

Android 7.1.1

Spotify version 8.4.18...

The app kills itself when I'm receiving an incoming call.

Or when I pause the music, to look at something other with sound(letting the app run in background to be easily toggled back to) , it closes.

Quite annoying.

Someone got the same problem, or maybe even have an solution? Seems like whenever an other app wants to play sound, it kills Spotify.
