Android app won't stop downloading

Android app won't stop downloading

I only want certain albums on my mobile device. However, it is currently downloading everything I have saved in my account. There doesn't appear to be a way to stop it and when I try to remove an album it has no effect.

 

Has anyone else had this problem? Is Spotify riddled with this sort of thing?!

Sounds like you've got everything marked as offline. Go to settings and clear cache. Log back in again and be careful what you set to 'offline'
