Android app won't sync local files

I have Spotify on my Galaxy S7. It seems to have stopped syncing local files from my computer. It will sync files from the Spotify library, but not any of the files that are only on my PC. Is this feature no longer supported? This is something that has worked fine for me for years.

Looks like I've solved this. I dug into the advanced settings for Windows Defender on my PC and found that there were rules set up blocking inbound connections for Spotify. Don't know how these got set up in the first place, but Spotify was the only app that had block rules set for it.
